Yoga is widely practiced across the world and offers practitioners a wide
of benefits from stress management to improved strength and immune
support. When practiced regularly, Yoga can offer us grater emotional and
physical resilience.

These sessions will cover the fundamentals of how to move well and safely
for YOUR body, gain a better understanding of what flexibility, mobility
and core stability means and how we can engender a deeper sense of calm.
These sessions are mixed abilities and ideal for beginners, with more
advanced options for those wishing to develop their strength.

Classes are limited to 3 participants to enable individual tuition. These
sessions are taught by Emma, an Osteopath and experienced Yoga Teacher.
She  merges the principles of Osteopathy with Yoga and will help equip you
